This is more than just a contest. It’s your chance to win the CUPRA Scholarship and lead the next generation of padel talents.
Training, wild cards, and scholarship use will be adapted to each winner. All related expenses are covered by CUPRA. The €10,000 will be dedicated to the player’s development, with the investment agreed together with CUPRA and Manu Martín Academy.
CUPRA, in collaboration with The Padel Tribe and the International Padel Federation, presents GAMECHANGERS, a global padel contest with 8 qualifying events and a grand final in Barcelona, where 2 women and 2 men will receive a CUPRA scholarship to take their padel game to the next level. Will it be you?
32 players from the 8 qualifying events will earn a spot at the Grand Final in Barcelona, with an all-expenses-paid trip for themselves and a companion. There, the global champions will be awarded the 2026 CUPRA Scholarship.
GAMECHANGERS is a global talent contest launched by CUPRA in collaboration with the International Padel Federation, created with one bold purpose: to discover and propel the next generation of padel players.

Each country defines an age range for participation:
- Bordeaux: 15 to 24 years old
- Málaga: 15 to 24 years old
- Barcelona: 15 to 24 years old
- Madrid: 15 to 24 years old
- Germany (City TBC): 16 to 24 years old
- Rotterdam: 15 to 24 years old
- Milan: 15 to 24 years old
- Mexico Major: 15 to 24 years old
To apply, participants must complete the form and upload a short video on the official GAMECHANGERS landing page.
If the participant is under 18, parental consent will be required.
Participation is strictly individual — each player must register and apply on their own. If you're selected, you'll be able to bring a plus one to the in-person trial or to the final experience in Barcelona.
Please note: If you're under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to participate, and your accompanying guest must be your legal guardian.
Registration opens 1 month before each event and closes at 11:59 PM (local time) on the Tuesday before the Premier Padel event where GAMECHANGERS will take place.
Yes, you can participate even if you’re from another country or live abroad. You may also apply to participate in any event, regardless of your country of origin or residence.
Please note that travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the participant. Additionally, participants must be available to stay for the required days if selected and advance to the next round.
Yes, you can participate in as many GAMECHANGERS tournaments as you wish, provided you meet the age and application criteria — and organise and cover your own travel and accommodation costs.
CUPRA will contact each player individually if they move on to the next round, providing all necessary information and instructions to attend in person. While transportation logistics are not covered by CUPRA, all other expenses will be taken care of. During the in-person phase, players will be informed on-site about who advances to the next round, with hotel accommodation offered to those who qualify.
The winners of each tournament who will travel to Barcelona will be announced live on the Premier Padel center court, just before the women’s final.
No. Participation in GAMECHANGERS is completely free.
If a selected player is unable to attend, their spot will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
